CHUN WOO-KYOUNG – SLIDE
Following ‘Pencil with an Eraser,‘ which quietly traced the marks left behind when a love has passed, singer-songwriter Chunn Woo-kyoung returns with his second single, ‘Slide.‘
‘Slide‘ is an R&B track built on warm band textures, with a soft wash of synthesizer layered above. An unhurried groove, restrained vocals, and a bridge that empties out before swelling back in—together they pull the listener‘s time slowly downward.
A heart drawn helplessly toward someone. The ambivalent moment of confessing, "Even afraid, just a little longer—right here, just a moment, I want to stay." Through the image of something as ordinary as a playground slide, Chunn Woo-kyoung captures that brief, endless instant of falling in love.
